Healthy Dessert – Walnut Purple Rice Porridge and Cashew Nut Brown Rice

stroke, diabetes, high blood pressure. It also helps to reduce the burden of capillary and it is a good source of protein. Walnuts have thicker fragrance smell, you will have a feeling of fullness and also be able to stimulate the movement of colon. Besides, walnuts are able to enhance the growth of cell, especially to those growing children.
Cashew nuts are very popular in cooking especially culinary. Cashew nuts contain high level of vitamin B1, able to reduce the tiredness. It is a good source of potassium as well, a mineral that help kidneys to function normally. Furthermore, it also contains folate, magnesium, phosphorous, selenium and copper.
Purple rice is a unique variety of rice; it is eaten often as sweet pudding in Thailand. Purple rice is well known healthy food, where the calories lower than the glutinous rice. Purple rice contains high level of iron, it is a good antioxidants and very beneficial to lady. Brown rice has very high content of fiber. It helps to reduce cholesterol level. All these food are very good and essential in the modern age.
Walnut Purple Rice Porridge
a) Purple rice 100g
b) Walnut 50g
c) Sucrose 3 tsp
d) Castor sugar 3 tsp
a) Put walnuts into electrical cooker for 90minutes, add some water, sucrose and beat till become walnut paste.
a) Soak the purple rice into water for one night, cook the rice till become porridge.
b) Add in castor sugar, some spices and ready to be served.
Cashew Nut Brown Rice
a) Brown rice 100g
b) Cashew nuts 50g
c) Water 300cc
d) Castor sugar 2 tsp
a) Soak brown rice overnight
b) Cook using electrical rice cooker
a) Put the cashew nuts in a bowl.
b) Steam the cashew nuts for 1.5 hours before take out.
c) Grind the cashew nuts and brown rice till fine and cook.
